Game Zombie is one of the leading providers of streaming video game related content. Game Zombie won a Webby in 2008 and continues to produce online video for over 5 million viewers.

In 2009, Game Zombie set a goal to drive more traffic to their website as opposed to leveraging their partnership with several online video services such as You Tube and Bebo.

Instead of writing an implementation from scratch, Game Zombie decided to use an existing content delivery network, Blip.TV. Westward Web Development was contracted to develop an implementation that would interact with the interface offered by Blip.TV. We are currently in the process of developing a Blip client API in PHP so in-house Game Zombie developers can query and have other interactions with the Blip service.
